Introducing Nawilo Relay · In development

An example enquiry moving through Relay. Illustrative, not live data.

The work before the work.

A customer asks about a service. Then the message starts moving between people, and details start falling between them.

  1. 09:12

A message arrives: the AC in a villa has stopped cooling.

  2. 09:40

Someone asks for the address. Later, someone else asks again.

  3. 11:05

The right technician is out on another job. A quote is still waiting.

  4. 15:30

The customer writes back: is anyone actually coming?

None of this is the service your business is known for. But it decides whether the service goes well.

What Relay is being built to do

Get the details right

Questions that fit each service, so the team knows what they are walking into.

Missing details stay visible until someone resolves them.

Know who's taking care of it

Every enquiry has an owner and a next step with a due time, so customers never have to chase you.

Unowned or overdue work shows up in a queue, not in someone’s memory.

Make a booking you can stand behind

Confirm only when the customer has agreed and the people and equipment are free.

Short holds stop two people promising the same slot.

Keep both sides ready

A reminder for the customer. A heads-up for the team.

Each in their own language, by SMS, with or without WhatsApp.

Planned workflow

For businesses that send people out, or welcome people in.

One shared booking model with a starting template for each kind of service. These are planned workflows, to be shaped with pilot businesses.

Maintenance

Inspection first, then the repair.

Example reminder

Your AC inspection is confirmed for Thursday, 10:00 to 12:00. Technician: Faisal.

What you ask

  • What is wrong, and since when?
  • Villa or apartment, and which area?
  • Building access and parking
  • Photos, if they help

What has to be ready

  • A technician with the right skill
  • Travel time between jobs
  • A quote approved before the repair visit

Moving

The crew and the truck, booked together.

Example reminder

Your crew arrives Saturday at 08:00. Please reserve the service lift.

What you ask

  • Moving from where, to where?
  • Rooms and large items
  • Floors, lifts and building permits
  • Packing needed?

What has to be ready

  • A crew of the right size
  • A vehicle that fits the inventory
  • A survey first, for larger moves

Salons

The right person, for the whole appointment.

Example reminder

See you tomorrow at 16:30 with Mariam. Need to change it? Contact the salon.

What you ask

  • Which service, and for whom?
  • Preferred stylist or therapist
  • Anything to know before the visit

What has to be ready

  • A practitioner with the skill
  • A chair or room for the full duration
  • Time to prepare between clients

Other services

Your questions. Your resources.

Example reminder

Your pest control visit is confirmed for Monday at 09:00.

What you ask

  • The details your service needs, set up by you
  • Conditional questions that appear only when relevant

What has to be ready

  • The people, skills, rooms or equipment you define
  • Your own durations and buffers

English. العربية. The same care in both.

Relay is being designed for English and Arabic from the first release: right-to-left screens, names and addresses in either script, and messages in each person’s language.

To the customer

SMS

تذكير: موعد فحص المكيّف يوم الخميس من 10:00 إلى 12:00. الفني: فيصل.
To the technician

SMS

Heads-up: AC inspection, Thu 10:00, villa in Al Barsha. Access notes are in Relay.

Sample messages. Final wording is agreed with each business.

  • SMS that works on its own

Appointment reminders do not depend on WhatsApp being connected.

  • WhatsApp when you want it

Planned as an optional connector, using the same workflow.

  • Each person’s language

The customer can get Arabic while the technician gets English.

Why we are building Nawilo

Good service starts long before someone arrives at the door. It starts with a reply that makes sense, the right questions, a clear time and someone who knows what they are coming to do.

We are building Nawilo for the people who make that happen: the receptionist, the dispatcher, the owner and the team out doing the work.

Our first product, Nawilo Relay, brings enquiries, quotes, appointments and reminders into one shared workflow, so every enquiry has a clear next step.

Read our story

Let's start with how your business works.

The first conversation is about your enquiries, scheduling and handoffs, not a sales demo. We are looking for a small number of UAE service businesses to shape Relay with us.
